Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of YongFlow (www.yongflow.com). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

The service

YongFlow lets your AI assistant use an API key (over REST or MCP) to publish, schedule and answer comments on the Facebook Pages and YouTube channels you connect. The service has daily quotas and may pause or change. It is provided as is, without a promise that it is free of errors.

Accounts and API keys

Keep your password and API keys secret. Anything done with your API key counts as done by your account. If a key leaks, revoke it at once on the AI assistants page ("ยกเลิกคีย์").

Content and platforms

You are responsible for what you post or reply through YongFlow and must have the right to use it. You must follow the Meta Terms. By using YongFlow's YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

TikTok Inbox transfer

The TikTok Inbox feature is pending TikTok approval. Until then it works on www.yongflow.com and studio.yongflow.com only for TikTok accounts authorized in the app's Sandbox. It is not yet available to the public.

You must control the connected TikTok account and have the rights to the video. You can send a video after checking it and the destination in the dashboard, and an assistant holding your full-access API key can send one itself; you are responsible for what it sends as if you sent it. YongFlow sends a draft to Inbox. Open the notification in TikTok to edit, choose the applicable settings, and decide whether to publish. YongFlow does not use Direct Post or schedule TikTok publication.

Inbox delivery does not confirm publication. Canceling an item in YongFlow after transfer cannot delete content from TikTok. Follow TikTok's terms and Community Guidelines and hold the rights to all images, audio, music, and other content. AI-generated content does not remove these duties or any disclosures required by the platform.

TikTok may reject, limit, or delay transfers. If the outcome is uncertain, YongFlow does not initialize another upload automatically. Check TikTok before starting another transfer.

Suspension and leaving

We may suspend accounts that break the law, break a platform's terms, or disrupt the service. You can leave at any time: remove your Pages and channels in the dashboard, then email gokusen.nz@gmail.com to delete your account.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update this page and the date above.
